1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide shipping within Pakistan and international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable courier and logistics services including:

  • TCS

  • Leopards Courier

  • Pakistan Post

  • DHL / FedEx / Aramex (for international orders)

Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive tracking info within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at chachykidukan@gmail.com.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost shipments due to inaccurate information

  • Additional fees for re-delivery or address correction

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately to attempt corrections before dispatch.


6. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.


7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or weather disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier backlogs or operational delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with the courier, but we will assist you in tracking or resolving issues wherever possible.


8. Undeliverable Packages / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failed delivery attempts

You may be responsible for the re-shipping fee. We will contact you to confirm the updated address and reattempt delivery once the issue is resolved.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Include your order number and any relevant tracking or photographic evidence.

  • We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. In some cases, we may issue a replacement or refund.
