Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return, refund, or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:

The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number).
Note: Items requested for return after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Customized or personalized products

Undergarments, cosmetics, or hygiene products (due to health and safety)

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by customer handling
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Our support team will review your request and confirm if the return is eligible.

If approved, we will share the return instructions, including shipping details.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipments. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Original payment method: Within 7–10 business days

Store credit (if preferred or applicable): Issued immediately after approval
Shipping fees, COD charges, or other handling costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:

Damaged, defective, or wrong items received
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, this will be processed as a return followed by a new order. Please contact our team to assist you.
6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return process outlined above.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Include:

We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or exchange at no additional cost to you, depending on availability.
